PMOD NU8

The Pmod NU8 is powered by the Texas Instruments ADS1299 chip.
Pmod interface is an open standard defined by Digilent Inc. to allow connectivity of its peripheral modules to FPGA and microcontroller development boards.

The ADS1299 device is an eight-channel, low-noise, 24-bit, simultaneous-sampling delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with a built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference, and an onboard oscillator.
The ADS1299 incorporates all commonly-required features for EEG and ECG applications. With its high levels of integration the ADS1299 enables the creation of scalable medical instrumentation systems at significantly reduced size, power, and overall cost.
It is possible to integrate Pmod NU8 modules inside Ps or Pl Levels by high level languages such as (C/C++/Python/Java/R…)
or VHDL/Verilog code, or both languages.
The Pl domain can be used to develop adhoc accelerators and link the Human Brain Signals with Robotics (ROS2) and AI frameworks.
With HDL Languages it guarantees the synchronization inteevals to micro seconds between all the Pmod NU8 wired interfaces.
The modules can be easily added to Xilinx/Digilent developer boards, as Zybo, Kria, Arty.
